Breaking strain: 8000kg 60mm x 9m 100% nylon webbing + Eye & seam protector sleeves, Reinforced ends. A snatch strap is designed to use its elastic properties (20% stretch) to give greater assistance when recovering vehicles. When attached to appropriate recovery points between two vehicles, the vehicle performing the recovery will pull away this nylon webbed strap causing it to stretch much like a rubber band. The kinetic energy created from this stretch will then provide greater pulling power on the vehicle being recovered, while also reducing the likelihood of any vehicle damage being caused. The 8000kg Snatch Strap is designed with larger four-wheel drives in mind with an approximate 4000kg safe working load (SWL).
