While we do our best to ensure all orders are dispatched to you as soon as possible, sometimes delays are unavoidable. If we are responsible for a delay with your order, we will contact you, however if a delay is caused by the carrier and out of our control, we cannot notify you. You will automatically receive notifications as your order progresses and once it's dispatched. General Shipping Information

Our products are shipped using Australia Post, Startrack, Northline, Capital Transport or Fastway Couriers.
Delivery times vary, Australia Post times are 2-14 working days anywhere in Australia for items in stock.
Startrack Australia delivery times are 2-14 working days anywhere in Australia for items in stock.
Fastway delivery times are 2-12 working days anywhere in Australia for items in stock.

If you would like to confirm that an item is in stock before placing your order, simply email us at info@Fisher Discount .com; let us know which item(s) you are interested in and we will confirm its availability.

It is preferable to deliver to a work address to ensure that you are there to sign for the delivery. If you believe that you may not be at home for the delivery, enter your work address.
You will be required to sign for receipt of your order unless otherwise indicated at the checkout. For this reason we request that you provide us with a telephone contact number. This number is given to our Couriers so that in the event you are not at the delivery location, you will be contacted to organise a time that is convenient for you. Alternatively, our couriers may leave a note in your mailbox with a telephone number so that you may contact them to organise an alternative time or place of delivery. We recommend that your Shipping Address should be your workplace, if there is a chance you may not be at home during business hours.

 

Free Shipping On Selected Products

We are pleased to offer our customers a convenient and free shipping service on selected lines across our store. Selected lines may also be excluded at Fisher Discount  discretion. Unfortunately some goods are only able to be shipped to certain areas and remote areas may be excluded from this free shipping offer, we will be in contact prior to delivery to confirm shipping charges if necessary. Carrier selection is at Fisher Discount  discretion.

Express Shipping

Fisher Discount  offers an express shipping option to our customers for a high priority despatch and delivery service on qualifying Fisher Discount  products. These products must be available and instock at our point of despatch at the time of ordering to qualify for express shipping, if you do not see the express option available, please call or email us in order to check stock and confirm delivery time. While we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, we cannot provide any guarantees regarding delivery or despatch time. In the event that your order may be delayed, we provide notification to you via your contact details provided.

Same & Next Business Day Shipping

Need it now!? Fisher Discount  is pleased to offer our customers a Same and Next Business Day Delivery service. This service is provided through Capital Transport and covers most of Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. If your order is eligible for the Same and Next Business Day Delivery service you will be presented with the delivery option in the checkout. The term "business day" is considered every official work day of the week. These are the days between and including Monday through Friday, and do not include public holidays and weekends. If you are not offered a Same and Next Business Day Delivery service during checkout this could be due to several factors including your delivery location postcode, the availability and location of the items in your order and order size. If any one item in your order exceeds 20kg then you will be contacted to arrange an appropriate delivery arrangement as an additional person or hydraulic lift may be required.

Tailgate Service

A tailgate service is required for orders that contain heavy or bulky goods which are unable to be unloaded without a tailgate service. This is an additional fee in the checkout screen; however the fee can be waived if a forklift is available at the delivery location. If “No, I have a forklift” is selected for a heavy or bulky order and a forklift is not available at the delivery location, an additional charge may be passed on to the customer to ensure the goods are delivered correctly.

Freight Protection Insurance

We are pleased to offer our customers the option of freight protection insurance for the replacement or repair of on all online orders, simply select the optional freight protection insurance during the checkout process. If you have elected not to purchase freight protection insurance, we do not provide a warranty against loss or damage to the Goods.

The following terms and conditions apply to freight protection insurance:

  1. We provide you a warranty against the Goods being lost or damaged while the Goods are in possession of the courier.
  2. All packages must be signed for on delivery.
  3. As we cannot prove that damage has happened while in transit, any packages that are left at premises unsigned for will not be elligble for freight insurance.
  4. We will provide you with freight protection insurance cover up to the invoice value of said goods.
  5. We reserve the right to repair goods or send replacement parts if applicable.
  6. All freight protection insurance claims must notify us via writing (to info@Fisher Discount .com) within 12 hours of the package(s) being signed for from courier.
  7. You must provide us with evidence of damage in the form of high resolution photos upon submitting a claim.

The following exclusions apply to freight protection insurance:

  1. where the damage is wear and tear attributable to the nature of the Goods, or inherent vice of the Goods whether or not such damage is caused or contributed to by us, including any delay in Delivery
  2. if you claim that the Goods are Lost and we are in possession of a POD document for the consignment
  3. if the goods have been returned to us due to but not limited to a futile delivery
  4. if we were not responsible for the total Delivery of the Goods to the Delivery Address
  5. if the delivery address is a post office box or postal mail box or location drop

Frequently Asked Freight Questions

  • Can the driver call me prior to delivery?

    No, the driver can't call you prior to delivery. This is primarily due to road safety reasons.  Pleasecontact us for alternative delivery arrangements, if required.
