Origin identification and traceability are assured through a tracking number laser-stamped on the blades. Our polypropylene, ergonomically molded handles are manufactured with Antimicrobial Sanitized Protection and feature a textured finish for maximum grip and optimum comfort, yet they are easy to clean. All Starrett knives are NSF certified.
